Hey everyone,

Just an exciting little update–

I met with Dr. Castells last week (for those who don’t know, she’s one of the top mast cell experts in the world!). Somehow, I was lucky enough back in 2018 to get in off her waiting list and become one of her patients.

Dr. Castells has taught me so many things I could never have learned anywhere else, and I truly believe she played a major role in moving my life forward.

Knowing how much she helped me, by giving me insight and recommendations I couldn’t get anywhere else, was one of my motivations for starting this site and offering coaching.

I feel so grateful I was able to get such excellent help, and now I want to spread the message on, that mast cell activation syndrome can get better!

So, when I saw Dr. Castells last week, I finally got the chance to tell her about what I’m doing here– and she totally approved!

She said she was actually really excited that I was doing this, because as a doctor, she can only help so many people in a one-on-one capacity.

So I’m super excited that now I get to play a role in passing her treatment recommendations, along with the other things that helped me, to all of you!

I’ve got so much planned, for this site as well as My Sacroiliac Joint Saga—
