I was working on an update on my blog that I wasn’t quite ready to publish yet…. But apparently, I sent it to your inbox by accident anyway!

Since we’re all here, I thought I’d let you know that I am updating this site.

I’ve learned so much about how to stabilize your mast cells, and have so many ideas for how to best explain this to everyone!

My “Healing” section is going to give you an overview on the main pillars I followed in my recovery process.
